Holiday in Portugal

We just came back from a great holiday in Lisbon, Portugal, visiting Tina, Dag Sondre, Martin and Jonathan. This picture is from a fantastic day in Estoril/Cascais.

For anyone who says that Niklas is fat; here is the proof that it is all muscles and that he is strong. Here he has just beaten Jonathan in Baby Arm Wrestling

As Niklas is getting stronger and more mobile (sideways by rolling), many new activities can be tried.

Niklas half a year old

Today it is exactly half a year since Niklas decided to join us. We celebrated the day by trying to feed him some solid food for the first time. He didn't really grasp the concept of swallowing, and it didn't seem like mashed carrots was what he has been cravinig these six months.

After a bit of persistency from Mummy most of it dissapeared, some in the mouth and most on the outside...

Getting a little car for the "birhtday" was a lot more fun.
